Ingredients

Butter, flour, sugar, brown sugar, eggs, creamer (glucose syrup, hydrogenated palm kernel oil, sodium caseinate, dipotassium phosphate, sodium hexametaphosphate, mono-and di-glycerides, silicon dioxide) coffee,  baking soda, cornstarch, salt.

Baking Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 350°F while letting cookie dough thaw for 20 minutes
2. Cut dough into thick even slices, form into balls, and place 2 inches apart on a baking tray lined with the parchment paper provided
3. Bake for 12-14 minutes or until edges of the cookies are golden brown (time will vary based on your oven and the size of your cookies)
4. Let cookies cool and enjoy!

Makes 6 large or 12 small cookies.
