They share a combined ten years of professional cooking experience, each receiving a culinary education from the Culinary Institute of Vancouver Island. With a desire to continue learning their trade and growing their knowledge, they decided to challenge themselves by creating preserves that they love to make, and that present you with an unforgettable and emotional eating experience.
