Cheese & Herb Savoury Shortbread - Martha's Delectables (100g)

This twist on classic premium Scottish shortbread is made in the traditional method in Victoria, British Columbia.  It is thick, crisp and melts in your mouth like a fine shortbread should but, this time, it's savoury! Infused with parmesan cheese and herbs like rosemary, thyme, black pepper and a dash of cayenne pepper, these savoury shortbreads are a perfect addition to a charcuterie board! Use in place of a cracker, crumble on a salad instead of croutons - you name it!

Butter (cream, salt), flour, parmesan (milk, cheese cultures, salt, enzymes), rice flour, cornstarch, garlic powder, rosemary, thyme, black pepper, cayenne pepper
