The Good Chocolatier was founded in 2014 by French chocolatier Pierre Gruget who was on a mission to create the finest, healthiest and most ethical chocolate possible. The use of premium Criollo beans from Ecuador and only plant-based sweeteners are two highlights of their delicate flavour notes.
