The original flavour is subtle and smokey. It's marinated in a salty brine of Himalayan pink salt. This smoked tofu is great in stews, sauces, as an alt egg scramble, or in salad rolls.

oomé was born out of Miki's passion for cooking and her dream of carrying her father's legacy of delicious home-smoked foods. oomé is a premium smoked tofu company that uses organic, non-GMO tofu. Our smoked tofu is locally made in Vancouver.
As children, some of our fondest moments were around the dinner table - where really good food was created and great memories were made. We are on a mission to celebrate family and great food, while creating a brighter future for generations beyond.
