Wholesale Delivery FAQ's
Here are a few things to note when ordering wholesale through BCause.
What is the cut-off day to place wholesale orders?
We order from our suppliers on a weekly basis to fulfill all wholesale orders. We ask that all wholesale orders are placed by end of day Tuesdays in order to receive your order the following week. If you place an order after Tuesday, you may experience a week delay in delivery.
When can I expect my order to be delivered?
We aim to deliver all wholesale orders on Tuesdays. This may vary depending on the products you ordered. We will do our best to reach out to you if your delivery will be delayed.
How do I read the product titles/How do I know how many items are in a case?
All wholesale products are sold by the CASE. This means that one case will contain multiple UNITS (what you would be familiar buying on your traditional grocery store shelves). To understand how many units are in a case you can look at the title of each product. A few examples are below:
Example 1: Motts Fruitsation Blueberry Delight Apple Sauce (12/6x111 g) = 12 retail units of apple sauce per case, each retail unit contains 6 portions that are 111g each. Another way to look at it would be 12 packages of 6 or 72 individual servings that are 111g each.
Example 2: General Mills Mulitgrain Cheerios (10/585 g) = 10 retail boxes of cereal per case, each retail box is 585g.

What happens if a product I ordered is out of stock?
As we place orders with our suppliers to fulfill wholesale orders on a weekly basis, we may run into a scenario where our suppliers are out of stock. In the event of this scenario we will do our best to connect with you to offer a substitution, or, if you don't want a substitution, we will issue you a refund for the out of stock item(s).
