Made with hand-torn long strips of Napa Cabbage, this mild variety is a great everyday kimchi! Deep flavours are able to develop during fermentation with the large cabbage strips. In our Vegan recipe, a house-made dashi full of mushrooms, kombu & aromatics is added to give great depth and umami to this kimchi. You can enjoy it in the longer strips or cut it into small bites before you serve it.

Kimchi is a live food rich in gut-friendly probiotics - please keep refrigerated! With/On is handcrafted weekly in small batches using an authentic Korean family recipe.

With/On is a chef-owned company focused on bringing bold flavours to everyday meals. They make delicious accompaniments to eat with and on your food!

Hope Yang started With/On as a way to bring some of his favourite flavours to everyone's table. Growing up, he ate a lot of his mom's homemade Korean dishes and Mexican food from so many amazing restaurants and taquerias in Southern California. His love of bold flavours and spicy foods comes from these early influences!

Hope is a classically trained chef, so he's a bit of a perfectionist when it comes to food quality. All of his kimchi and sauces are handcrafted in small batches and rely on wild fermentation to get the best tasting products.  With/On is also passionate about supporting local, so the ingredients used are sourced from local (B.C.) farms and suppliers as much as possible!
