Ingredients

Cinnamon Bun: Bread Flour, Butter, Milk, Ground Cinnamon, Brown Sugar, Eggs, Yeast, Salt, Nutmeg.

Frosting: Butter, Powdered Sugar, Cream Cheese, Pure Vanilla Extract

Baking Instructions

Line baking sheet with parchment paper and place frozen cinnamon bun on the baking sheet about 2 inches apart
Place the tray of frozen buns in the middle rack of a cool oven, and a small pot of hot water at the bottom rack of the oven and close the oven door so the steam stays in.
Let it proof for 1hr – 2.5hrs or when doubled in size.
Removed proofed bun and preheat oven at 325°F
Bake for 20-25 min. Top with frosting and enjoy!
