Doorway Drop Got a Makeover!

We have some exciting news to share - Doorway Drop got a makeover!

Until today, if you have been ordering for deliveries in Nanaimo, Sooke or Vancouver you have had to use a secondary site to check out. This, at times, was confusing. Well, we found a new way to do things! Now everyone, regardless of delivery region, can order through our main website, that just so happens to have a fresh coat of paint (or the digital equivalent)!

What's Changed?

Besides the new look of the website, the biggest change can be found on the checkout page. Now, when completing your order you will be prompted to put in the postal code for your shipping address. This step will let you know if we deliver to that address and, if so,  will prompt you to select your desired delivery date.

If you have placed an order this week prior to this change, have no fear, there is no action you need to take. Simply kick back and wait for your delicious goodies to arrive.


As with every change, there may be a few bumps in the road. If you come across any issues with the new website including any issues with checking out, please use the live chat feature or send us an email to and we will be sure to respond as fast as we can.

We apologize if this change causes any inconvenience. We strongly believe that this will allow us to streamline our internal processes while expanding to new regions across the Island... more on that soon!
