    Getting started

    BCause Subscription Boxes are delivered weekly on Tuesdays. When starting a new subscription be sure to place your order before Friday to ensure you receive your first box on the coming Tuesday.

    The BCause Box program is a subscription program. This means that you will be automatically billed on the credit card you use at checkout for the frequency you select. You can choose from a weekly, bi-weekly or monthly schedule.

    You will be billed on the Thursday before your next delivery. If you're looking to skip, pause, or cancel your order - be sure to do so before Wednesday at 11:59pm the week before your next delivery.

    You can manage your subscription by visiting the Subscription Portal by logging into your account and clicking on the 'My Subscription' button at the top of your screen.

    At this time we only deliver subscription boxes on Tuesdays. If you'd like to skip a scheduled delivery please navigate to your subscription page to manage your schedule.

    Given the nature of logistics it's hard to know in advance what time we will be to your home. That being said, on your delivery day you will receive a text message to the number you used at checkout which will provide you with an estimated arrival time. You will also get real-time updates throughout the day including when we deliver your order.

    Managing your subscription

    Absolutely! Navigate to your subscription page to manage your subscription at any time. Note that you must skip, pause or cancel your order before Thursday at 11:59pm the week prior to your next delivery to prevent being automatically billed.

    Of course! Up until the cut off time, you can edit your order to include additional items. 

    Add some meat, snacks, dairy - heck, even a bottle of wine to your order!

    Given the nature of the program, the contents of the BCause Boxes are not customizable. However, if you have any allergies please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate.

    If the holiday lands on either a Monday or Tuesday, your order will be delayed by 1-2 business days but don't worry we will let you know of any changes to your delivery schedule!
