About Mindful FÜD
Venessa started the first fully plant-based meal delivery service in Vancouver 7 years ago after switching to a plant-based lifestyle. She hired Jake as the Exec Chef and together they created 30 meals per month and served over 500 people each month until March 2021 when their commercial kitchen was burnt down in an arson fire on Lonsdale (Vancouver). They then pivoted to creating the products that were staples in their meals for all of those years and rebranded as Mindful FÜD. Now focusing on their vegan honey alternative made from apples!

From a Cold Oven
- Place your Peakette straight from the freezer into your Peak Box, close the Peak Box lid and place into your cold oven at 500F for ~35 min (if baguette appears undercooked, add an additional 5 mins)
- Open the lid of your Peak Box (careful, it'll be hot), adjust your oven to 400F and continue baking for ~5 mins adjusting to your liking (less time for a lighter crust, longer for a darker crust
- The hard part! Remove your Peak Box from the oven, and let the Peakette cool in your Peak Box for 15 mins, a crucial step to developing the perfect crumb and then, ENJOY!
From a Warm Oven
