Okanagan Caesar (295ml) - Little Creek

Balancing tangy apple cider vinegar with the classic flavours of Caesar was therefore naturally inspired. Let your imagination take over...
About Little Creek
In 1995, Donna Denison bottled the first batch of Little Creek Dressing on her family farm – Little Creek Gardens. More than two decades later, the dressing is still made with care in small batches.
The Little Creek property has been in the Denison family since 1947. Donna, her husband Dale, and son Jubi moved to the land in 1984 to farm organic vegetables. Ten years later, looking for a way to work from home while she raised her twin daughters, Donna decided to try bottling the salad dressing she had always served with the organic greens from the farm.
Donna developed each dressing recipe using high-quality, organic ingredients paired with handcrafted vinegars to create unique, artisan flavours. As well, all the dressings are vegan, GMO-free, and produced using renewably-sourced energy.
At first, Donna made the famous Okanagan’s Original Vinaigrette using raspberries, basil, and garlic that grew on the farm. When production got too big, Little Creek bought ingredients from other farmers. The business kept growing, and in 2014, production moved off the farm and into the Little Creek facility in Kelowna. In 2016, Jubi became the company’s Executive Director, continuing the family legacy.
Today, Little Creek Dressing is made in small, well-tended batches, and the company remains true to its founding values: creating wholesome, flavourful foods that support healthy eating, healthy living, and a healthy planet. -
Cherry Balsamic (295ml) - Little Creek

About Islanders Authentic Mexican Salsa
I am Lily Rechon-Reguet, I am a Canadian citizen with a Mexican background. I moved from Mexico to Vancouver in 2006 at 24 years old. In Vancouver, I studied as a Web Designer and System Developer at BCIT and worked in the food industry. Married to a lovely French guy Thierry, I had the opportunity to live and work in the food industry in France for three years, where I learned new food processing techniques.
In Mexico, I went to the University of Industrial Engineering. I had the opportunity to work for 6 years in a candy factory; which involved the development of new products, also the production and sales department as part of the team.
When I returned from France, I discovered that many people had a desire for Mexican food. Then I decided to make my line of fresh Mexican salsas that allows people to create their dishes with a Mexican taste. At this moment Islanders Fresh Authentic Mexican Sauce was born. Our family business is based on making and selling fresh, traditional salsas, using authentic traditional Mexican recipes with fresh whole food and local ingredients. Keeping the salsas free of chemicals, gluten, dairy, artificial flavours and colours, MSG, and with no added sugar. Giving you a healthy, 100% authentic and unique Mexican taste.

About the Dyana's Aji
We are a family from Colombia and we immigrated to Canada back in October of 1999. As it is our culture, Dyana (mom) continued to make the traditional condiment called Aji for our family to put on all of our food. Aji is the Spanish word for "pepper" and the name of the typical mixture of tomatoes, onions and cilantro. Dyana did this to keep a little slice of home in the fridge. When the kids began playing sports (hockey and soccer), Dyana and Carlos (dad) were invited to a potluck dinner, and being South American, were asked to bring the guacamole. Dyana had never made guacamole as it is not a big part of Colombian culture but she knew she could figure something out. In the last minute, Dyana decided to just mash the avocado and add the Aji we had in the fridge. Well the guacamole was a HUGE hit! People were even using their fingers to get the last bits in the bowl, and went on to tell Dyana that she should make it and sell it. Dyana didn't think much of it.
The family then moved to the Lower Mainland. During a chance encounter, Dyana connected with a representative that specialized in specialty foods and shortly after the representative tried Dyana's Aji, Dyana received a call from a distributor stating that if she made it, he would sell it.
Dyana did her homework and got everything set up and the calls from stores wanting to carry the product started! The company quickly set up an assembly line with Allison (daughter) filling the jars and weighing them, Carlos putting on the lids, Dyana, Nicholas (son) and Augusto (grandpa) putting on shrink wraps and stickers. From those humble beginnings, Dyana's Aji has expanded and now sells in most major retail chains. Dyana's Aji continues to grow but is still a family business with Dyana (CEO), Carlos (CFO) and Nicholas (COO) working full time and daughter, Allison, playing a very important role in large business decisions as well as marketing and advertising.
