"I'm no stranger to Spinnaker's Brewpub (if you catch my drift 😉). Given how much I enjoy their pub, I was super excited to jump at their new project, Spinnakers Soda Co! Their craft sodas and sparkling waters are always in my fridge." - Mitch

We're excited to welcome Spinnakers Soda Co. to BCause! You can quench your thirst with their Sparkling Mineral Waters, Sodas, and their tonic waters (a perfect mix for your next drink)! Learn about the story behind this Vancouver Island staple brand!

The Fizz Journey

Since 1984, Spinnakers has been brewing delicious concoctions at their signature brewpub along the Songhees Walkway in Vic West. With stunning views of the ocean from their rooftop patio, it's no wonder that Spinnakers has been a go-to spot for a delicious bite and a crisp pint for decades. Never one to shy away from a new business venture (see their stunning Guest House/Garden Suites when you perhaps have imbibed a little too much; or their range of alcoholic spirits), Spinnakers recently expanded into the world of craft sodas and sparkling mineral waters, a seemingly obvious next step given the massive 225-foot-deep natural mineral water well located directly below the brewhouse.

“We have amazing tasting water, and from that we have been able to create the sugar-free line of Spinnakers Sparkling Mineral Waters and our line of Spinnakers Soda Co. sodas that we sweeten with just the right amount of cane sugar,” Chris Verhoeven, Head of Non-Alcoholic Beverages, Spinnakers Soda Co.

Chris continues “we filter the water, add flavours and carbonate it in stainless steel pressure vessels.”

Does it get any better?
