What Does BCause Mean?
We're on a mission to shake up the traditional grocery industry. You might not be aware, but the traditional grocery industry is not the easiest to operate within if you are a small or medium sized producer. There are large hurdles to getting products on shelves including large fees, mandatory promotions, new distributor channels and a whole lot more. This means that it can be challenging and expensive for local producers to get their products on shelves.
That doesn't fly with us!
At BCause we've ditched the traditional hurdles to make it easier for brands of all sizes to get their products to you!
We wanted to show our dedication to supporting local (BC-based) products right in our name. Additionally, we wanted to highlight our cause - to shake up the grocery industry, support local producers and make groceries and other items more accessible to you, our customers.

Well besides the new look, there are a couple big changes that we're excited to launch.
- FREE DELIVERY. You read that right. All orders, regardless of size, will have FREE DELIVERY*!
- IN-HOUSE DELIVERY. We will drop your order right to your door, even if you're in an apartment. Heck, we will even put your order on your kitchen counter for you. Next-level service is what we're all about.
- COMMUNICATION. Our text notification system is up and running so you can track your delivery in real time.
- SERVICE AREA. We now deliver throughout Greater Victoria, from Sidney to Sooke.
- PRODUCTS. We are adding a TON of new products every week. Keep your eyes open for exciting items in the near future.
