Ingredients
- 1.5-2 tbsp Island Nut Roastery peanut butter
- 1-2 tbsp soy sauce ,
- 1 tbsp of Chili P Red Chili Condiment or chili oil
- 1 tbsp gochugaru or other spice (chili flakes, sriracha)
- 1/2 to 1 tbsp rice vinegar, Chinese black vinegar, regular vinegard
- 1-2 tsp sugar or honey (optional sweetness)
- 2-3 tbsp water
- 1 serving of the Plant Based Workshop Udon noodles or any noodle of your choice
Directions
Step 1
Mix all the ingredients except the noodles together. Adjust to taste depending on spice and sweetness preferences. Feel free to add additional flavour components like garlic, ginger, or sesame oil.
Step 2
Bring pot of water to a boil and cook noodles as per package instructions. Preferably the noodles should be a bit chewier and have great texture.
Step 3
Once the noodles are cooked, drain the water and add to sauce mixture and your done!
To garnish, add extra chili oil or green onion. Serve as is or add a boiled egg, tofu, or vegetables.
