Okanagan Caesar (295ml) - Little Creek

Balancing tangy apple cider vinegar with the classic flavours of Caesar was therefore naturally inspired. Let your imagination take over...
About Little Creek
In 1995, Donna Denison bottled the first batch of Little Creek Dressing on her family farm – Little Creek Gardens. More than two decades later, the dressing is still made with care in small batches.
The Little Creek property has been in the Denison family since 1947. Donna, her husband Dale, and son Jubi moved to the land in 1984 to farm organic vegetables. Ten years later, looking for a way to work from home while she raised her twin daughters, Donna decided to try bottling the salad dressing she had always served with the organic greens from the farm.
Donna developed each dressing recipe using high-quality, organic ingredients paired with handcrafted vinegars to create unique, artisan flavours. As well, all the dressings are vegan, GMO-free, and produced using renewably-sourced energy.
At first, Donna made the famous Okanagan’s Original Vinaigrette using raspberries, basil, and garlic that grew on the farm. When production got too big, Little Creek bought ingredients from other farmers. The business kept growing, and in 2014, production moved off the farm and into the Little Creek facility in Kelowna. In 2016, Jubi became the company’s Executive Director, continuing the family legacy.
Today, Little Creek Dressing is made in small, well-tended batches, and the company remains true to its founding values: creating wholesome, flavourful foods that support healthy eating, healthy living, and a healthy planet. -
Cherry Balsamic (295ml) - Little Creek

The sweetness of dark, juicy cherries lingering in the velvety smooth flavour of balsamic vinegar will tantalize, and enrich any cuisine. Delite your palate with this luscious fusion of Earth's abundance. Used as a dressing, dip or marinade, your senses will be captivated by the union of two worlds.

About Snowdon House
Snowdon House’s dedicated founder Laura Waters has been creating, cooking and gardening her way through life as long as she can remember. Whether living in the BC interior, hours away from the nearest grocery store or restoring a run-down four-acre farm in North Saanich in the latest chapter of her storied life, Laura keeps on cooking. Snowdon House Gourmet& Gifts – named after her grandmother who also knew a thing or two about resilience- is the result of Laura’s determination. Laura purchased the farm in 2009 with the intention of transforming her passion for gardening, cooking and art into a viable business. Snowdon House Gourmet & Gifts now produces a bounty of unique food products including fruit-infused vinegars, beer & cider bread mixes, soup mixes, dip mixes, Sparkling Fir Essence, and brie toppers. She also offers handmade packaging and paper products, bath products, wreaths and floral designs. The most original products are made from the 1,600 Douglas Fir trees that were initially planted as a Christmas tree farm on the property. Laura wanted to find a more sustainable and renewable use for the Douglas Fir Trees. Through extensive research, Laura discovered that West Coast First Nations traditionally made tea from the fir tips. Through creativity and innovative cooking & sampling, Laura developed a line of products that now include fruit-infused vinegars, Sparkling Fir Essence & brie toppers that feature the distinctive flavour of the Douglas Fir. Snowdon House’s innovative products are showcased in over twenty retail locations in BC. We offer hassle-free home cooking and convenient comfort food that will nourish you and your family. We don’t spend nearly enough time at our dinner table anymore and Snowdon House wants to change that. Laura believes that when life throws you a curveball, you can “cook your way out of any mess”. At Snowdon House, we want to inspire you to cook, create and grow.
