While we roll out the BCause Box Program we have a set schedule for delivery. Tuesdays for South Island and Wednesdays for North Island orders. We hope, in the future, to be able to offer the opportunity to select your desired delivery day.

The BCause Box program is a subscription program. This means that you will be automatically billed on the credit card you use at checkout for the frequency you select. You can choose from a weekly, bi-weekly or monthly schedule.

You will be billed on the Thursday before your next delivery. If you're looking to skip, pause, or cancel your order - be sure to do so before Wednesday at 11:59pm the week before your next delivery.

You can manage your subscription by visiting the Subscription Portal by logging into your account and clicking. on the 'My Subscription' button at the top of your screen.

Of course! Up until the cut off time, you can edit your order to include additional items. 

Add some meat, snacks, dairy - heck, even a bottle of wine to your order!

Given the nature of logistics it's hard to know in advance what time we will be to your home. That being said, on your delivery day you will receive a text message to the number you used at checkout which will provide you with an estimated arrival time. You will also get real-time updates throughout the day including when we deliver your order.

Given the nature of the program, the contents of the BCause Boxes are not customizable. However if you have any allergies please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate.
