Baking has been the hobby and passion for Leavenly Goods founder, Racel, for many years. She initially worked in a small bakery and learned some of her skills and techniques there. She fell in love with baking and its complicity and so Racel started sharing her creations with her family and friends. They would often tell her, “you should start your own bakery.” So she did! Racel left her full-time job, took a chance, and never looked back. Her goal was to share her culture and creations with her customers.

Ingredients
Cinnamon Bun: Bread Flour, Butter, Milk, Ground Cinnamon, Brown Sugar, Eggs, Yeast, Salt, Nutmeg.
Frosting: Butter, Powdered Sugar, Cream Cheese, Pure Vanilla Extract
Baking Instructions
- Line baking sheet with parchment paper and place frozen cinnamon bun on the baking sheet about 2 inches apart
- Place the tray of frozen buns in the middle rack of a cool oven, and a small pot of hot water at the bottom rack of the oven and close the oven door so the steam stays in.
- Let it proof for 1hr – 2.5hrs or when doubled in size.
- Removed proofed bun and preheat oven at 325°F
- Bake for 20-25 min. Top with frosting and enjoy!

Flour, Butter, Water, Milk, Sugar, Yeast, Salt
Baking Instructions
- Line sheet pan with parchment paper and place frozen croissant 2 inch apart
- Let it thaw and proof in a cool dry place (inside the oven with the oven door closed for 6-8 hours)
- Mix the following to make an egg wash:
- 1 egg
- Splash of milk
- Preheat oven at 350F high-fan assist
- Brush the croissant gently with egg wash.
- Bake for 12-15 (depending on how hot your oven is) or until golden brown
*Shake the baking sheet, if it stills jiggles, place for another 1-2 min.
- Cool for 15 min, drizzle with melted chocolate (optional) and enjoy!
How to store left over croissants
- Wrapped well with saran wrap and in a tightly sealed container, refrigerate.
- Keep up to 1 month frozen – baked and wrap well-individually in the plastic wrap and foil.
Consuming frozen baked croissant:
- Keep in the plastic wrap, defrost the croissants in the refrigerator overnight
- Place on a lined sheet pan
- Bake in a 325° F oven (standard) for about 1-3 minutes

Ingredients
Bread Flour, Butter, Water, Ground Cinnamon, Brown Sugar, Powdered Sugar, Cream Cheese, Eggs, Yeast, Salt, Nutmeg, Pure Vanilla Extract
Baking Instructions
- Brush loaf pan with oil and line with parchment paper and place frozen babka in the lined loaf pan and thaw in the refrigerator overnight.
- Place the loaf pan in the middle rack of a cool oven, and a small pot of hot water at the bottom rack of the oven and close the oven door so the steam stays in.
- Let it proof for 1hr – 2hrs or when doubled in size.
- Remove proofed babka and pre-heat oven to 350°F - 375°F.
- Bake for 30-35 min or when the toothpick comes out clean.
- While the babka is baking, make a simple syrup by mixing and boiling water and sugar (40g water with 40g granulated sugar)
- Let the simple syrup cool until the babka is done baking
- Once the babka is baked, brush the simple syrup onto the bread to keep it moist. Use all of the simple syrup
- Top with toppings if available, and let it cool in the loaf pan for 5-10 min before removing and placing it on a cooling rack. Enjoy!
