Ordering

We order from our suppliers on a weekly basis to fulfill all wholesale orders. We ask that all wholesale orders are placed by end of day Tuesday in order to receive your order the following week. If you place an order after Tuesday, you may experience a week delay in delivery.

As we place orders with our suppliers to fulfill wholesale orders on a weekly basis, we may run into a scenario where our suppliers are out of stock. In the event of this scenario we will do our best to connect with you to offer a substitution, or, if you don't want a substitution, we will issue you a refund for the out of stock item(s).

Delivery

We aim to deliver all wholesale orders on Tuesdays alongside your weekly produce delivery. This may vary depending on the products you ordered. We will do our best to reach out to you if your delivery will be delayed.

Products

Yes! We have access to the same suppliers as traditional grocery stores and can most likely source the product you're looking for. Send us an email to info@shopbcause.ca and we will get to work!
